GETTING OVER THE BROKEN HEART

“If someone makes you cry a river, build the bridge and get over it”. After I read this quote that a beloved friend of my sent me SMS. I felt better after I have been said for long times. Although, the broken heart really depress my heart, fortunately, I could come over it finally. I really want to share this precious experience with all of you my beloved readers what four steps mad me coming over the broken heart.
Firstly, sharing my felling with others made me felt better. On the day that I was suffering from the very sad experience, I seemed getting on a fallen step and could not do anything that I used to do. Only sobbing sadly and crying I did. However, I remained good luck .Although there was not hand of someone who used to hold my hand, I had a good crying on the shoulder of my comforting friends and family who is always beside me and are always ready to hear whatever I want to tell them. This helped me felt better. So, my beloved readers, if you are suffering from sad felling as me, instead of locking yourself in your room you should meet someone who you can share your felling, your friends and family for instance or whoever recognize what you are going through. Sharing your felling with others makes you feel better surely.
Secondly, I tried to take good care of myself including my mind and my body. On the day that I got break-up, a broken heart was very stressful so I think I should not let my body get broken too. One of my believable friends always tells us that “Because there is not someone who used to love you, so you have to love yourself more.” As a result, I tried to make myself better. These include of getting enough of sleeping, eating health food, exercise regularly, relaxing by going to travel, listening to music, and watching movie, and thinking positively. Taking good care of myself is one of steps made me coming over the broken heart. Importantly, it is very useful for myself . If you are suffering from the broken heart, I recommend that you should do as I did. These can minimize stress and depression and give yourself –esteem a boost. The more you love yourself, the more you better.
Thirdly, I tried to keep myself busy to forget something that disturbing my mind. In the beginning of break up time, it was difficult to do anything. I still though about whatever I used to do, whenever I went and someone who was beside me. The more I thought about these, the more I was sad. I thought if I spent most of time to think about that, there are none day that I can forget my deeply sad experience. There for, I tried to keep myself busy. Previously, I did every things that I normally enjoy working and studying for instance and did something fun to take my mind off the negative feeling for a while such as watching movie, shopping, going to concert and talking with others .Moreover, this is a great time to redecorate myself and my room. I spent my free time to clean my room, change it to new style and organize myself. I tried to get rid of all thing that disturbing my mind. When I focused on other thing not just think about my past love, it helped me to forget that for a while.
Importantly, I tried to understand my mind and give myself time to forget something. Everyone knows that broken heard is the situation that really depresses our heart and all of people want to come over it. I felt that way too. However I knew that it is impossible to forget something in a day or a night especially for something that is really meaningful for me. So I tried to understand my heart. I strongly believed it had to take time for sadness to go away but how long it will take? It depended on me how I did for taking it away. For me, I don’t try to forget something bad but I didn’t think about it. Only good memories were remembered. This made me thought positively and felt better.
Million of pomes, songs, and quote have been being written about broken heart that seem one of normal situation in this world but if you are suffering from that, you don’t feel that way surely because it really depress your heart, doesn’t it? However; if you try to share you felling with others you feel better. If you take good care of yourself including your mind and your body, they will be stronger. If you try to keep yourself busy, you will forget something that disturbing your mind. If you try to understand your mind and give yourself time you will be better too. Specially, when these four things are combined, you will come over the broken heart definitely. Hopefully, you enjoyed with my precious experience that I made it up. J J J
